Bedrooms 1 & 2 are Kingsize.
Bedrooms 3,4 & 5 have twin 3ft single beds.
Bedrooms 1,2 & 3 have large built in storage and fans are provided in all rooms.
Bathrooms:
Upstairs are 1 shower room with toilet and 1 bathroom with twin sinks and separate toilet.
Downstairs is a toilet and washroom.
Kitchen:
Modern fitted kitchen with large 5 hob gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, built in fridge, separate fridge and a small freezer.
Utility Room
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided in a utility cupboard upstairs.
Living Rooms:
Dining room integral with kitchen, lounge with leather furniture, freeview satellite connection, Samsung 40" TV, DVD & stereo. A double sided wood burning stove heats both rooms and the bedrooms above with gas central heating throughout. There is an outside covered dining area by the pool.
Other:
There is a large hall with desk, chair and wireless internet access.
Details
Cleaning/towels/linen
Bath, pool and face towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned and linen changed weekly.
Suitability:
Children aged under 1 year or over 12 years and well behaved pets are accepted for Bed & Breakfast. High chair available but please bring your own cots and bedding for pets. Children between 1 & 12 years by prior arrangement only.
Accessibility
This is an old property which is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility problems. A car or motorised transport is considered essential.
